OSCE Mission Head Discusses BiH State Processes and Election Technology

Rick Holzapple, head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated that supporting state-level processes does not weaken entities and that new technologies will reduce the possibility of election fraud and manipulation.
