EU Discusses Ceuta Crisis, Considers Social Media Monitoring

Schengen states, including Switzerland, met to discuss the Ceuta crisis, where Spain's program to grant residency rights to irregular migrants was met with disapproval even from the EU Commission, which now seeks better monitoring of social networks.
