Montenegrin Supreme Court President Questions Participation in Parliamentary Hearing

Valentina Pavličić, President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, informed parliament that there are no constitutional, legal, or internationally recognized grounds to justify the judiciary's participation in a control hearing in the proposed format.
