A couple, Laurent A. and Juliette A., received a suspended sentence on appeal for falsely listing Brigitte Macron as a dependent on their tax declaration in spring 2024. They used the identity "M. Trogneux Jean-Michel, dit Brigitte" in the "other invalid dependents" section.
