'Torso found near canal': Delhi woman beheaded in Bulandshahr; lover among 2 arrested

Two men were arrested for allegedly beheading a Delhi woman and dumping her body in Bulandshahr. The prime accused, her live-in partner Vikas Kumar, confessed to the crime, stating he was pressured by the victim to stay with her. He, along with accomplices, decapitated her to conceal her identity.
