New Tenants Secure Lease for Ungurmuiža Manor in Latvia

Entrepreneurs have acquired the lease rights for the historic Ungurmuiža manor in Cēsis municipality, Latvia, with plans to open it to guests this summer. A lease agreement with the local government is pending.
