Council of State Annuls Saint-Nazaire's Subsidy to SOS Méditerranée

France's highest administrative court, the Council of State, has annulled a 10,000 euro subsidy from the Saint-Nazaire city council to the NGO SOS Méditerranée. However, the court did not demand reimbursement, and the Socialist mayor stated he would continue and even increase support for the NGO.
