Southport Children's Dance Class Attack Could Have Been Prevented, Inquiry Finds

A public inquiry in the UK has concluded that a teenager's attack on a children's dance class in Southport, which resulted in the deaths of three young girls, "could and should have been prevented." The inquiry found the attacker had clearly revealed his extreme danger.
