Ambiguities in Kosovo's Law on Foreigners for Dual Citizens
The rule limiting foreigners' stay to 90 days within a 180-day period in Kosovo does not apply to individuals holding dual citizenship, possessing both Kosovan and other documents. This clarification was provided by the director of the legal department of Kosovo's Ministry of Internal Affairs to Radio Free Europe.
