Dniester River Pollution Reaches Dubossary HPP, Northern Moldova Without Water

An oil slick on the Dniester River has reached the Dubossary HPP despite efforts from Chisinau and assistance from the national army and Romania. As a result, northern Moldovan cities including Balti, Naslavcea, Soroca, Floresti, and Singerei are without water.
