Indian Aviation Regulator Directs Airlines to Offer Free Seat Allocation and Keep PNR Passengers Together
India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a directive requiring airlines to offer at least 60% of seats free of charge and ensure passengers on the same PNR (Passenger Name Record) are seated together, addressing a major passenger complaint.
