Moldova Joins EU Roaming Zone, Overhauls Communication Standards
Moldova has officially been included in the EU's 'roam like at home' zone starting January 1, 2026, allowing its citizens to use mobile services in the EU and EEA under the same conditions as at home, as the country rebuilds its communication infrastructure to higher standards.
