Japan Plans to Nearly Double Narita Airport Railway Capacity
A national study group has finalized a plan to nearly double the railway transport capacity to Narita Airport by constructing new elevated tracks and double-tracking existing lines for Keisei Electric Railway and JR express trains, in anticipation of increased passenger numbers from a new runway.
