Dutch Nutrition Centre Updates Dietary Guidelines, Advises Less Meat
The Dutch Nutrition Centre (Voedingscentrum) has updated its 'Schijf van Vijf' (Wheel of Five) dietary guidelines, recommending that Dutch people eat less red meat and more plant-based proteins. The new advice suggests a maximum of 100 grams of red meat per week.
