Slovak Parliament Advances Reform for 'Repentant' Witnesses

Slovakia is set to undergo a significant reform of rules for so-called 'repentant' witnesses, as the National Council of the Slovak Republic has advanced an amendment to the Criminal Procedure Code to its second reading, completely changing the existing philosophy of providing benefits.
