Tinexta Takeover Bid: Funds Contest Price and Write to Consob

Several investment funds, including Amber Capital, Decagon Am, and Sand Grove Capital, which collectively hold 20% of Tinexta, are contesting the price of a takeover bid at 15 euros per share and have written to the Italian market regulator Consob.
