ECtHR Removes Mafalani Case After Croatian Constitutional Court Ruling

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) announced it has removed the application of Amir Mafalani, convicted accomplice in the murder of journalist Ivo Pukanić, from its list, citing that the Croatian Constitutional Court had already established a violation of his rights.
