International Paralympic Committee stands firm on Russian athletes competing amid boycott warnings

Russian and Belarusian athletes will be allowed to compete at the Winter Paralympics under their flags and with their national anthems following a decision by the International Paralympic Committee General Assembly, its ‌President Andrew Parsons said Monday.
