Albanian Opposition Criticizes Infrastructure Investment and Blocked IPARD Funds

Tedi Blushi, Secretary of the Freedom Party in Albania, stated that 4 billion euros invested in infrastructure have 'crumbled' and IPARD funds are blocked, criticizing the parliament as a 'kiosk of the Socialist Party'.
