UCD Student Appeals High Court Ruling After University Denied Exam Accommodations Post-Rape

A female medical student at University College Dublin (UCD) is appealing a High Court ruling that dismissed her lawsuit, in which she alleged the university failed to provide adequate allowances for her to re-sit exams and resume studies after she was raped.
