Finnish Association of Local and Regional Authorities to Leave Helsinki Building

The Finnish Association of Local and Regional Authorities is vacating its Kuntatalo building in Helsinki. The new owner, HGR, plans to convert the property into a senior center and new businesses, a project the city of Helsinki has sought for years.
