NGO Calls for Justice After Dog Killing in Ulcinj, Montenegro

The NGO 'Friends of Animals Podgorica' has urged Montenegrin judicial authorities to ensure justice in the case of a brutal dog killing in Ulcinj, stating that the handling of the case will demonstrate Montenegro's readiness for EU accession.
