2 nabbed in Manila for alleged sale of pre-registered SIM cards

MANILA, Philippines — Two individuals were arrested in Manila for allegedly selling pre-registered subscriber identity module (SIM) cards, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said on Monday.
