SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Dinagat Islands confirmed on Thursday that suspected human remains, believed to belong to the crew members of a civilian plane that crashed in Tubajon town, have been recovered. According to the PDRRMO, responding agencies conducted the mission under a unified command system
