Dublin Airport night flights can’t be capped yet, says European Commission

A plan to cap the number of night-time flights at Dublin Airport has been thrown into disarray following a decision by the European Commission, which has said Ireland’s planning watchdog failed to conform to EU rules last year when making a decision to introduce new operating restrictions at the airport’s newest runway.
