Ukraine, EU should consider joint development of nuclear weapons – Horbulin

Volodymyr Horbulin, First Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a Hero of Ukraine, believes that Ukraine and Europe should already begin considering the joint development of nuclear weapons.
