EU Road Accident Deaths Decline, But Stagnate in Spain

Road accident fatalities in the European Union have decreased by 3%, but Spain has seen a stagnation in its numbers, falling from the sixth to the eighth best position among member states. Few EU countries are expected to meet the goal of a 50% reduction in victims this decade.
