Madrid Restaurants Celebrate Flavors of Navarra with Gastronomic Route

Twenty-six restaurants in Madrid are participating in the sixth edition of the White Asparagus and Artichoke of Tudela Gastronomic Route. Until May 15, these establishments will feature dishes highlighting these two vegetables from Navarra.
