Typhoon Inday and Habagat Cause Deaths, Disruption in Philippines

Typhoon Inday (international name Muifa) and the southwest monsoon (habagat) have caused widespread disruption in the Philippines, resulting in 17 deaths and affecting over 514,000 people.
