Russia Adds 14-Year-Old to 'Terrorist and Extremist' Registry After Rail Incident
Russia's Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) has added Viktor Kalinin, a 14-year-old from St. Petersburg, to its registry of 'terrorists and extremists,' making him the youngest person yet on the list. This inclusion occurred a month after he was detained for allegedly setting fire to a fuse box on a railway line.
