Police warn of increased phone scam activity in Switzerland
Police in Switzerland have issued a warning about a surge in phone scam activity, with fraudsters impersonating police officers and bank employees. Scammers successfully defrauded victims in five cases in Canton Bern, and an arrest was made in a separate case in Canton Basel-Stadt.
