President Marcos Swears In Kim Robert de Leon as New DBM Chief
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. administered the oath of office to Kim Robert de Leon, 32, as the new Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Acting Secretary. De Leon is now the youngest member of the cabinet.
