Historic Anghel Saligny Tunnel to Reopen for Trains in Constanța Port
CFR Infrastructură has launched a tender for the rehabilitation of the Palas tunnel in Constanța port, originally designed by Anghel Saligny over 125 years ago, and the electrification of a line to open new freight train access to Romania's largest port.
