Latvia not withdrawing from competitions with aggressor states due to Ukraine's stance
Despite Ukraine's position, Latvia is not withdrawing from competitions that include aggressor states. The Paralympic movement has integrated these states further than the Olympic environment, allowing Russia and Belarus to compete under their own flags in the Milan-Cortina Winter Paralympics.
