Allahabad high court orders 24/7 security for UP man ‘stopped from offering namaz at home’

The Allahabad High Court has mandated 24/7 security for a Bareilly man fearing demolition of his private property after being prevented from offering prayers. The court stated any harm to him or his property would be presumed state-instigated, subject to rebuttal. This follows a previous ruling affirming the right to pray on private land without permission.
