Japanese Court Rejects Lawsuit Over Inadequate Bullying Response

A Japanese court has dismissed a lawsuit against Nara City by a former female student and her parents, who claimed the school and education board inadequately responded to bullying, including a teacher marking a "flower circle" on a note where the student wrote "I wish I were dead."
