Porto Collects €32.3 Million in Tourist Tax, Considers Increase
The city of Porto has collected 32.3 million euros in tourist tax, with municipal revenue significantly increasing. The city council is considering raising the tax from three to four euros, intending to use the funds to finance free public transport until 2027.
