Bicol police arrest 11 fugitives in intensified manhunt
LEGAZPI CITY – Police arrested 11 wanted persons in the Bicol Region in a one-day manhunt operation, the Police Regional Office 5 (PRO-5) reported Friday. PRO-5 chief Brig. Gen.
