Double Attack in Nigeria: ISIS Kills 29, Armed Group Kidnaps 23 Minors

Nigeria has been hit by a double blow, with ISIS reportedly killing 29 young people and a separate armed group kidnapping 23 minors, though at least 15 of the abducted children have since been freed by security forces.
