Municipality takes over operation of Bolafjall road from Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has leased land on Bolafjall since 1985 for a radar station, with a road built to it. Now, the Ministry, Bolungarvíkurkaupstaður, and the Coast Guard's defense department have reached an agreement for the municipality to take over the road's operation.
