Great Barrier Island Residents Fear Kōura Population Decimation from Overfishing

Residents and iwi on New Zealand's Great Barrier Island are concerned that overfishing has severely reduced the kōura (freshwater crayfish) population. They are calling on the government to support a population management plan before it's too late.
