Estonian Supreme Court Rejects President's Challenge to Church Law
The Supreme Court of Estonia has rejected President Alar Karis's request to declare amendments to the Churches and Congregations Act unconstitutional. The decision was made by a majority of 17 justices, with six dissenting.
