Kosovo Implements New Laws on Foreigners and Vehicles, Issues 40 Warnings

Kosovo has begun full implementation of its Laws on Foreigners and Vehicles, introducing new rules for foreign nationals' stay and the use of foreign-plated vehicles. Police have already issued 40 warnings.
