Singapore MOE Addresses O-Level English Oral Discrepancies

Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) has stated that reported discrepancies in the O-Level English oral examinations were neither technical in nature nor the result of malicious acts. Schools are working with affected candidates to apply for special consideration.
