Cantonment board staff not civil servants, Supreme Court rules

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tues­­day declared that employees of cantonment boards are not civil servants and, therefore, cannot invoke the jurisdiction of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) against disciplinary actions.
