Archaeologists uncover 600-year-old saint statue beneath Berlin's oldest district

Excavations in Berlin's Molkenmarkt uncovered medieval religious artefacts from the 14th and 15th centuries. These discoveries include well-preserved saint figurines and a Madonna and Child sculpture. An extraordinary cache of ceramic figures containing human bone fragments was also found.
