Enoch Burke has been moved from Mountjoy Prison to Castlerea Prison in Co Roscommon following a disciplinary report, his family confirmed.

The brother of jailed teacher Enoch Burke claims there is no legal basis for his transfer to Castlerea Prison, with a judge noting no actual evidence before the court of the move from Mountjoy Prison.
