HEAT INDEX WATCH: 15 PH areas forecast to reach danger level on May 5
MANILA, Philippines — Danger-level heat indices are forecast in 15 areas across the country on Tuesday, May 5, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Danger-level heat indices range from 42ºC to 51ºC and carry increased risks of heat cramps and heat exhaustion, which may lead to heat stroke, according to Pagasa.
