Jinggoy Estrada Refuses Plea, Court Enters Not Guilty Plea in Graft Case
Former Senator Jinggoy Estrada refused to enter a plea in his graft case, leading the court to enter a not guilty plea on his behalf. A warrant for a second count of graft was also served to Estrada and his co-accused, Janet Lim-Napoles.
